Hilton Garden Inn Dandong

We liked everything. The location is awesome, it's only 5 minute walk from the train station, and another 5 minute walk from the famous Broken bridge. The view from the windows is super, on one side you see the city itself and on the other side it's the beautiful Yalu river with the Broken bridge bordering with a North Korean city. The staff was very nice and helpful. Check in and out are super fast.

There were a lot of available services in the building, the room was cleaned and resupplied daily. We were able to be extended a day with very little hassle.

The view is lovely. You can see the river. Walking distance from the railway station. You can walk to the river as well.

Staff was polite and professional. Cigarette smoking is barbaric, filthy, and disgusting, so I was happy that I didn't smell any cigarette odors in the hotel. My room had an amazing, sweeping view across the river into the DPRK. Except for the illuminated bridges, all the photos I'm posting here were taken from my hotel room.

The staff at the reception was not very helpful to get a taxi but the staff on WeChat was exceptional. Great advice and always there to help us interpret when problems arose. The location is ideal.
